A set of obligations that beneficiaries of CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) aid must fulfill, aimed at guaranteeing the safety of the products obtained and their suitability to the requirements for the conservation and improvement of the land on which the farms are located. It includes Legal Management Requirements (LMR) and Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC).

Source: Royal Decree 1049/2022, which establishes the rules for the application of enhanced conditionality and social conditionality that must be met by beneficiaries of aid under the Common Agricultural Policy who receive direct payments, certain annual rural development payments and the Program of Options Specific to Remoteness and Insularity (POSEI) and FEGA (Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund) in 2022.
