Fertilizer

1. Any substance containing one or more nitrogen compounds and applied to the land to enhance agricultural growth, including manure, compost, fish farm waste, and sewage sludge. 2. The product as defined in Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the placing on the market of EU fertilizing products, as well as the products defined in Article 2 of Royal Decree 506/2013 of 26 June on fertilizing products.
