1. Residual sludge as defined in section a of Article 1 of Royal Decree 1310/1990, of October 29. 2. Residual sludge from all types of domestic or urban wastewater treatment plants. 3. Residual sludge produced in all types of domestic, urban, and other wastewater treatment plants that meet the criteria established in the regulations for its use as fertilizer or soil amendment.
