Land used for the production of grasses and other natural (spontaneous) or cultivated (sown) herbaceous forage, including permanent pastureland, that has not been included in the farm's crop rotation for five years or more, nor plowed, tilled, or reseeded with a different type of grass or herbaceous forage for five years or more. This may include other shrub and tree species that can serve as pasture and other species such as shrubs and trees that produce animal feed, even if grasses or other herbaceous forage are not predominant or present on such land.
