National irrigation plan for the horizon 2008 (PNR H-2008)

The National Irrigation Plan for 2008 is a tool of the Spanish government to propose irrigation planning that, in accordance with constitutional doctrine, is based on consensus, cooperation and collaboration between the State and the Autonomous Communities in a common task in which two areas of competence called to the promotion and orderly development of irrigation in Spain come together.
