DPH (Public Domain Hydraulic)

The public water domain includes, among other assets, inland waters (both surface and groundwater), the channels of continuous or discontinuous natural streams, and the beds of reservoirs and lakes. Marine waters are not considered public water domains. The existence of this status ensures the protection of water resources and their ecosystems.
