Fertilization advisor

Any person who has acquired adequate knowledge and advises on the fertilization and sustainable use of the different products and materials included in this royal decree, on a professional basis, including private self-employed and public advisory services, and is in possession of the qualification that allows to carry out said activity, in accordance with the provisions of chapter IV of this project.
