A set of economic policy decisions and measures taken to revitalize industrial sectors that were in crisis because their production systems, technology, and business structures had become obsolete due to changes in the market and competition. This occurs in traditional sectors such as textiles, footwear, steel, metallurgy, construction, shipbuilding, etc.
