Fertilizer products manufacturer

Any natural or legal person who manufactures a fertilizer product in accordance with Regulation 2019/1009 or Royal Decree 506/2013, of June 28, or who orders the design or manufacture of a fertilizer product in accordance with the aforementioned regulations and markets it under its name and brand.
