Offshoring

This process involves relocating all or some of a company's specific work centers to areas or countries with lower production costs in order to increase profits. It is a strategy typically employed by multinational industrial companies seeking locations with lower labor costs, lower land prices, tax advantages, and so on. This process entails abandoning production facilities in the company's home countries.
