Any natural or legal person, or any group of natural or legal persons, including joint ownership entities, dormant estates or heirship associations, civil partnerships without a commercial purpose, and jointly owned farms, who holds the power to make decisions regarding the agricultural activities carried out on the farm, obtains the profits, and assumes the business risk arising from the agricultural activity. With respect to the agricultural production units of the farm, they must be registered in the General Register of Agricultural Production (REGEA).
