The following constitute the State's public water domain, with the exceptions expressly established in this Law: a) Continental waters, both surface and renewable groundwater, regardless of the renewal time. b) The channels of natural watercourses, whether continuous or intermittent. c) The beds of lakes and lagoons and those of surface reservoirs in public watercourses. d) Aquifers, for the purposes of acts of disposal or affecting water resources. e) Water from seawater desalination.
